This course will also be of interest to those who wish to explore the links between self-esteem and peak performance in order to coach or manage others effectively. The course is designed for people who feel that examining their own levels of self-esteem could be useful in improving performance, and will require attendees to take an open and honest look at the factors that make up their self-esteem.
